Suitable Real Estate
At the present time, there are two buildings in downtown St. Francis that would be available to rent for a call service center. They are both located on Washington Street (our Main Street) and both have parking available either in front or on the side of the building.

Excellent Technology
St. Francis is on the cutting edge of technology. When the city was unable to get a high-speed Internet provider to come to St. Francis, the city built its own wireless system. City and rural customers now enjoy the benefits of broadband Internet service. The system was recently sold to Eagle Communications of Hays,Kansas.

AT&T and Eagle Communications provide Internet service to the residents of St. Francis. Both have the ability to provide dedicated T-1 lines to the SRS Call/Service center.
Reliable Power Supply
St. Francis not only has a reliable power source from purchased electricity from Sunflower Electric but it is also one of the few communities in Kansas with its own power plant. If Sunflower had a power failure, the generators at the power plant could provide electricity for the entire city
